With the win, Asheboro upgrades its record to 14-9 on the season. The Blue Comets travel to Montgomery Central (Troy, NC) to confront the Timberwolves in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 10. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Montgomery Central lost 79-42 in their recent league challenge against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Panthers confront the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Ledford will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 64-44 league loss to Central Davidson (Lexington, NC).
