The Caroline Cavaliers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host James Monroe Yellow Jackets to 43 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spotsylvania for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Caroline will battle a Knights team coming off a 51-16 non-league loss to King George (King George, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-17.

The Yellow Jackets (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 6-8 record.
