The East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) basketball felled the host North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), 42-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (13-7) will now prepare for their test against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Knights go into the test with a 17-2 record. In their last test, North Lincoln thwarted West Iredell (Statesville, NC), 64-28, in a league test.
The Raiders now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host West Iredell for a test on Friday, February 10. North Iredell will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 64-28 league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-16.
