The Farmington Scorpions basketball team (Farmington, NM), dropped 62-52 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM)
The Mustangs now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedra Vista for a non-league battle on Friday, February 10. West Mesa will battle a Panthers team coming off a 79-41 non-league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 2-10.
The Scorpions (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Eldorado prevailed over Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 58-53, in a non-league battle.
