The Mattamuskeet Lakers (Swan Quarter, NC) basketball nipped the visiting Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC), 32-29 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lakers (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC). The Hurricanes go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Cape Hatteras got by Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC), 28-27, in a non-league test.
