The New Waverly Bulldogs soccer team scored 8 points and limited the host Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns to 3 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Hargrave Falcons (Huffman, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 18 contest, on Friday, February 10. New Waverly will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 9-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Livingston (Livingston, TX).

The Longhorns now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Chambers for a 4A Region 3 District 18 contest on Friday, February 10. Hamshire-Fannett will face a Buccaneers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Splendora (Splendora, TX). The Buccaneers record now stands at 9-3.
