The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) and the visiting Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA), saw Piedmont's soccer squad knock off Mt. Eden by a margin of 3-1.

The Highlanders now sport a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Castro Valley for a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Friday, February 10. Piedmont will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 0-0 league Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Mt. Eden drops to 5-14 on the season. The Monarchs host San Leandro (San Leandro, CA) to meet the Pirates in a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Thursday, February 9. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 5-13. San Leandro lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Berkeley (Berkeley, CA)
