In Wednesday's league outing, the St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) basketball squad beat the host Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR), by a margin of 71-61.

The Crusaders (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against Lakeview (Lakeview, OR). The Honkers go into the 3A Far West outing with a 9-14 record. In their last outing, Lakeview was topped by Cascade Christian (Medford, OR), 80-44, in a league outing.

The Bruins now own a 7-16 record. They play next when they host Rogue River for a 3A Far West outing on Friday, February 9. Brookings-Harbor will clash with a Chieftains squad coming off a 61-28 league loss to North Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Chieftains record now stands at 1-18.
