The Lauderdale County Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Elkmont Red Devils to 26 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carbon Hill for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 10. Lauderdale County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 24-6.
The Red Devils (7-21) will now prepare for their contest against Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 22-10 record. In their last contest, Winfield triumphed over Carbon Hill (Carbon Hill, AL), 61-58, in a non-league contest.
