Kaynor Tech Panthers (Waterbury, CT) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), 36-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, Kaynor Tech upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT) to play the Wildcats in a Connecticut Technical bout on Thursday, February 8. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 14-3. Wilcox RVT won 34-23 in their recent league bout against Abbott RVT (Danbury, CT)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Wolcott RVT Wildcats (Torrington, CT) in a Connecticut Technical bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Abbott RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 68-25 league win over Platt RVT (Milford, CT).
