The North Rowan Cavaliers topped the host Albemarle Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 75-64 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC) in a 1A/2A Central Carolina game, on Friday, February 9. North Rowan will attempt to move on its 17-3 season record. The Dragons enter the game with a 9-12 record after their 38-30 league win over Lexington (Lexington, NC).
With the defeat, Albemarle moves to 17-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC) to face the Knights in a 1A/2A Yadkin Valley game on Friday, February 9. The Knights enter the game with a record of 7-13. Gray Stone Day lost 82-16 in their recent league battle against Union Academy (Monroe, NC)
