North Carolina High School Basketball - Piedmont Community Charter falls to Bradford Prep

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Bradford Prep Bears basketball team scored a good 37-29 triumph over the Piedmont Community Charter Patriots.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC) in a 1A/2A Catawba Shores match, on Friday, February 9. Bradford Prep will attempt to better on its 8-12 season record. The Raptor enter the match with a 7-11 record after their 40-29 league win over Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC).

Next up, the Patriots play the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a 1A Metro 8 challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Piedmont Community Charter will attempt to improve on its 10-8 season record. The Stallions come into the challenge with a 0-16 record after their 55-35 league loss to Carolina International (Concord, NC).
