Trinity Christian Warriors (Morgantown, WV) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Frankfort Falcons (Ridgeley, WV), 43-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Trinity Christian upgrades its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Frontier (New Matamoras, OH) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 15-6. Frontier won 55-43 in their recent non-league bout against Valley (Pine Grove, WV)

Next up, the Falcons play the Hampshire Trojans (Romney, WV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 12. Frankfort will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 42-38 league loss to Keyser (Keyser, WV).
