St. Joseph Hill Academy Hilltoppers (Staten Island, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host St. Edmund Prep Eagles (Brooklyn, NY), 70-28 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Joseph Hill Academy upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Maria Regina (Hartsdale, NY) to play the Tigers in a Catholic - Brooklyn/Queens II challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-6.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Fontbonne Hall Academy Bonnies (Brooklyn, NY) in a Catholic - Brooklyn/Queens II challenge, on Friday, February 9. St. Edmund Prep will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Bonnies come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 82-44 league loss to Moore Catholic (Staten Island, NY).
