The Pungo Christian Academy Raiders (Belhaven, NC) basketball nipped the host Ridgecroft Rams (Ahoskie, NC), 37-33 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Raiders (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Lawrence Academy got by Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC), 41-40, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 9-8 record.
