In Friday's league contest, the host Glasgow Scotties basketball team scored a good 52-44 win over the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots.

The Scotties (4-18) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Warren Central was topped by Butler County (Morgantown, KY), 60-47, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 8. Allen County-Scottsville will attempt to better on its 9-14 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 3-18 record after their 66-58 non-league loss to Livingston Central (Smithland, KY).
