California High School Basketball - Anderson bests Central Valley

February 7, 2025: Shasta Lake, CA 96019

The Anderson Cubs basketball team scored 32 points and limited the host Central Valley Falcons to 23 in the Cubs league triumph on Friday.

The Cubs now possess a 10-16 record. They play next when they host West Valley for a Northern game on Tuesday, February 11. Anderson will confront a Eagles team coming off a 70-58 league win over Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 16-10.

With the loss, Central Valley drops to 2-24 on the year. The Falcons travel to University Prep (Redding, CA) to face the Panthers in a Northern match on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 18-7. University Prep won 74-65 in their recent league match against Yreka (Yreka, CA)
