McQuaid Jesuit Knights (Rochester, NY) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY), 74-64 in a non-league match.

With the victory, McQuaid Jesuit advances its record to 7-10 on the year. The Knights travel to Franklin (Rochester, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a Section 5 Rochester City match on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-10. Franklin lost 64-54 in their recent non-league match against Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY)

The Little Irish now own a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute for a non-league match on Sunday, February 9. Aquinas Institute will face a Marauders squad coming off a 70-65 league win over St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Marauders record now stands at 17-3.
