In Friday's league contest, the host Arlington Spy Ponders basketball team scored a big 67-40 win over the Reading Memorial Rockets.
The Spy Ponders (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Durfee (Fall River, MA). The Hilltoppers come into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Durfee smashed East Boston (East Boston, MA), 72-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rockets battle the Winchester Red & Black (Winchester, MA) in a Middlesex contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Reading Memorial will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Red & Black come into the contest with a 13-2 record after their 69-66 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, MA).
