The Varina Blue Devils (Richmond, VA) basketball crushed the host Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 73-34 in Friday's league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they host Dinwiddie for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 8. Varina will play a Generals team coming off a 78-31 league win over Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Generals record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Armstrong falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA) to play the Monarchs in a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Meadowbrook lost 67-36 in their recent league bout against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA)
