North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashbrook bests Forestview

February 7, 2025: Gastonia, NC 28054

The Ashbrook Greenwave basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Forestview Jaguars to 48 in the Greenwave league triumph on Friday.

The Greenwave now possess a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to North Gaston for a 3A Big South game on Tuesday, February 11. Ashbrook will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 62-46 league loss to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-16.

With the loss, Forestview falls to 9-13 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to confront the Mountaineers in a 3A Big South game on Tuesday, February 11. The Mountaineers go into the game with a record of 13-9. Kings Mountain won 62-46 in their recent league game against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)
