In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Aurora Christian Eagles basketball team scored a good 58-49 win over the St. Edward Green Wave.
The Eagles (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Christ the King (Chicago, IL). The Gladiators come into the Chicagoland Christian contest with a 17-9 record.
In their next game, the Green Wave battle the College Prep of America Thunder (Lombard, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. St. Edward will attempt to better on its 10-16 season record. The Thunder come into the contest with a 13-15 record after their 51-42 non-league win over Christian Heritage Academy (Northfield, IL).
