Massachusetts High School Basketball - Barnstable holds off Falmouth

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Barnstable Red Hawks basketball team scored a close 62-56 triumph over the Falmouth Clippers.
The Red Hawks (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against New Mission (Boston, MA). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 13-6 record. In their last battle, New Mission was nudged by Holland Tech (Dorchester, MA), 70-42, in a league battle.
The Clippers now own a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nantucket for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. Falmouth will meet a Whalers squad coming off a 77-72 non-league loss to Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 4-9.
