The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) and the host Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY), observed Rowan County's basketball team knock off Bath County by a score of 55-46.

The Vikings (10-12) will now prepare for their challenge against West Carter (Olive Hill, KY). The Comets come into the non-league challenge with a 3-18 record. In their last challenge, West Carter dropped by Morgan County (West Liberty, KY), 71-58, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 15. Bath County will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record.
