The GMG Wolverines (Garwin, IA) basketball were winner over the visiting BCLUW Comets (Conrad, IA), 62-50 in Friday's league bout.

The Wolverines now possess a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Clarksville for a Iowa Star bout on Saturday, February 8. GMG will play a Indians team coming off a 68-46 non-league loss to Waterloo Christian (Waterloo, IA). The Indians record now stands at 4-14.
