The Bettendorf Bulldogs (Bettendorf, IA) basketball edged the visiting Muscatine Muskies (Muscatine, IA), 59-52 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 11. Bettendorf will play a Spartans team coming off a 67-64 league win over Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Muscatine falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Muskies travel to Clinton (Clinton, IA) to play the River Kings in a Mississippi bout on Tuesday, February 11. The River Kings go into the bout with a record of 0-16.
