The Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves (Walker, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Blackduck Drakes (Blackduck, MN), 67-23 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Wolves now possess a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nashwauk-Keewatin for a non-league bout on Monday, February 10. Walker-Hackensack-Akeley will play a Spartans team coming off a 68-55 non-league loss to Greenway (Coleraine, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 5-11.
With the loss, Blackduck falls to 2-18 on the campaign. The Drakes travel to Laporte (Laporte, MN) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 13. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-19.
