The Shelby-Rising City Huskies nipped the visiting Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 49-45 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Huskies face the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 11. Shelby-Rising City will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Titans enter the outing with a 14-5 record after their 58-49 non-league loss to Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE).
