The Honey Grove Warriors basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host Celeste Blue Devils to 21 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now have a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Sam Rayburn for a 2A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, February 11. Honey Grove will confront a Rebels team coming off a 86-31 league win over Trenton (Trenton, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 24-4.

With the loss, Celeste falls to 13-16 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX) to confront the Tomcats in a 2A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Tomcats go into the game with a record of 16-13. Tom Bean lost 58-39 in their recent league game against Whitewright (Whitewright, TX)
