The Hull-Daisetta Bobcats (Daisetta, TX) basketball were winner over the host Chester Yellowjackets (Chester, TX), 48-30 in Friday's league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 19-8 record. They play next when they host Burkeville for a 1A Region IV District 28 bout on Tuesday, February 11. Hull-Daisetta will play a Mustangs team coming off a 51-48 league loss to Leggett (Leggett, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-17.
With the loss, Chester falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Spurger (Spurger, TX) to play the Pirates in a 1A Region IV District 28 bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 17-8. Spurger won 76-46 in their recent league bout against High Island (High Island, TX)
