North Carolina High School Basketball - Fuquay - Varina overwhelmed by Clayton

In Friday's league test, the Clayton Comets (Clayton, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC), by a score of 90-55.

Next, the Comets encounter the Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a 4A Greater Neuse River test, on Saturday, February 8. Clayton will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Storm come into the test with a 13-6 record after their 71-67 league win over Cleveland (Clayton, NC).
