In Friday's league contest, the visiting Richfield Spartans basketball team scored a big 95-63 triumph over the Columbia Heights Hylanders.
The Spartans (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Delano (Delano, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Delano smashed Washburn (Minneapolis, MN), 53-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hylanders battle the Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Columbia Heights will attempt to better on its 3-18 season record.
