In Friday's league contest, the host Country Christian Cougars basketball team scored a good 67-53 triumph over the North Clackamas Christian Saints.
The Cougars (19-6) will now prepare for their contest against St. Stephen's Academy (Beaverton, OR). The go into the 1A Valley 10 contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, St. Stephen's Academy was topped by Grand View Christian Academy (Beavercreek, OR), 42-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Open Door Christian Academy Huskies (Troutdale, OR) in a 1A Valley 10 contest, on Tuesday, February 11. North Clackamas Christian will attempt to better on its 15-6 season record.
