The DeQuincy Tigers defeated the visiting Pickering Red Devils basketball squad by a final score of 78-65 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Vinton Lions (Vinton, LA) in a 2A District 4 outing, on Tuesday, February 11. DeQuincy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 19-15 record after their 60-20 league win over East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA).
The Red Devils (11-17) will now prepare for their outing against Rosepine (Rosepine, LA). The Eagles come into the 2A District 4 outing with a 23-3 record. In their last outing, Rosepine overcame DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA), 95-57, in a league outing.
