With the victory, East Wilkes advances its record to 13-8 on the year. The Cardinals travel to West Wilkes (Millers Creek, NC) to face the Blackhawks in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 12. The Blackhawks enter the match with a record of 8-14.

The Vikings now own a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Stokes for a 1A Northwest match on Tuesday, February 11. North Stokes will face a Sauras squad coming off a 80-57 league win over Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Sauras record now stands at 20-2.
