New York High School Basketball - Vertus defeats Edison Tech

The Vertus Warriors (Rochester, NY) basketball were winner over the host Edison Tech Inventors (Rochester, NY), 73-57 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Rochester Prep for a Section 5 Private Parochial bout on Tuesday, February 11. Vertus will play a Tigers team coming off a 89-32 league win over Rochester Academy (Rochester, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Edison Tech falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Inventors travel to School of the Arts (Rochester, NY) to play the Silverhawks in a Section 5 Rochester City bout on Wednesday, February 12. The Silverhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-10.
