In Friday's non-league contest, the host Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers basketball team scored a good 88-75 triumph over the New London-Spicer Wildcats.
The Panthers (17-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jordan (Jordan, MN). The Hubmen / Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Jordan topped Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN), 66-59, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers (Howard Lake, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 11. New London-Spicer will attempt to better on its 2-18 season record. The Lakers go into the contest with a 9-10 record after their 59-58 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, MN).
