Maryland High School Basketball - Linganore knocks off Governor Thomas Johnson

In Friday's league contest, the host Linganore Lancers basketball team scored a good 74-65 win over the Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots.

The Lancers (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD). The Hubs come into the CMC contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, North Hagerstown was topped by Tuscarora (Frederick, MD), 64-61, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Tuscarora Titans (Frederick, MD) in a CMC contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Governor Thomas Johnson will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Titans come into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 64-61 league win over North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD).
