The Hillsboro Trojans basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Halstead Dragons to 45 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Smoky Valley for a Central Kansas game on Tuesday, February 11. Hillsboro will play a Vikings team coming off a 65-21 league loss to Haven (Haven, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Halstead falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Dragons host Nickerson (Nickerson, KS) to play the Panthers in a Central Kansas game on Tuesday, February 11. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 2-13.
