The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Harriman Blue Devils (Harriman, TN) and the host Oakdale Eagles (Oakdale, TN), observed Harriman's basketball team overwhelm Oakdale by a margin of 68-38.
The Blue Devils (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Midway (Kingston, TN). The Green Wave come into the 1A District 4 challenge with a 15-7 record. In their last challenge, Midway trounced Greenback (Greenback, TN), 68-35, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Rockwood Tigers (Rockwood, TN) in a 1A District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Oakdale will attempt to better on its 1-20 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-16 record after their 57-47 non-league loss to Oliver Springs (Oliver Springs, TN).
