The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Horace Mann UCLA Community Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Stella High Charter Academy Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), observed Horace Mann UCLA Community's basketball team overwhelm Stella High Charter Academy by a score of 64-41.

The Panthers (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Middle College (Los Angeles, CA). The Cougars come into the Crosstown challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Middle College trounced Animo South Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA), 57-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Foshay Wolverines (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown challenge, on Monday, February 10. Stella High Charter Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 64-50 league win over Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA).
