The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Rockport-Fulton Pirates (Rockport, TX) and the visiting Ingleside Mustangs (Ingleside, TX), observed Rockport-Fulton's basketball team overwhelm Ingleside by a margin of 64-41.

The Pirates (16-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Calhoun (Port Lavaca, TX). The Sandcrabs come into the 4A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 2-17 record. In their last challenge, Calhoun was trounced by Sinton (Sinton, TX), 59-28, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Ingleside will attempt to better on its 19-10 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 16-12 record after their 61-49 league win over Rockport-Fulton (Rockport, TX).
