In Friday's league contest, the host Lafayette County Huskers basketball team scored a big 82-22 triumph over the Knob Noster Panthers.
The Huskers (16-5) will now prepare for their contest against Hogan Prep Charter (Kansas City, MO). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Hogan Prep Charter was trounced by Richmond (Richmond, MO), 86-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Richmond Spartans (Richmond, MO) in a Missouri River Valley - East contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Knob Noster will attempt to better on its 10-13 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 16-3 record after their 57-52 non-league win over Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO).
