Illinois High School Basketball - Latin victorious over North Shore Country Day

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Latin Romans basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the North Shore Country Day Raiders.
The Romans (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Chicago University (Chicago, IL). The Maroons go into the Independent School contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Chicago University was topped by Lake Forest Academy (Lake Forest, IL), 63-40, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Raiders confront the Francis W. Parker Colonels (Chicago, IL) in a Independent School contest, on Tuesday, February 11. North Shore Country Day will attempt to better on its 12-12 season record. The Colonels go into the contest with a 12-10 record after their 63-36 non-league win over Mather (Chicago, IL).
