The Meadow Bridge Wildcats basketball squad (Meadow Bridge, WV), was crushed 70-41 in Friday's league battle with the host Sherman Tide (Seth, WV)
With the victory, Sherman advances its record to 9-7 on the year. The Tide travel to Man (Man, WV) to meet the Hillbillies in a Freelance battle on Monday, February 10. The Hillbillies enter the battle with a record of 11-6. Man lost 94-45 in their recent league battle against Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV)
The Wildcats now own a 2-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bath County for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13. Meadow Bridge will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 56-43 league win over Craig County (New Castle, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-12.
