With the victory, Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering advances its record to 18-1 on the year. The Phoenix host Middle College (Memphis, TN) to meet the Bulldogs in a 1A District 15 battle on Tuesday, February 11. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 16-6. Middle College won 43-37 in their recent non-league battle against St. Benedict at Auburndale (Cordova, TN)
The Tigers now own a 9-11 record.
