Kansas High School Basketball - Metro Academy fells St. Mary's Academy

The Metro Academy Mavericks basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting St. Mary's Academy Crusaders to 44 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mavericks now have a 16-11 record. They play next when they travel to VLJ Christian Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11.
With the loss, St. Mary's Academy falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Washington (Kansas City, KS) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 9-5. Washington won 75-37 in their recent league game against Harmon (Kansas City, KS)
