California High School Basketball - Steele Canyon victorious over Monte Vista

In Friday's league contest, the host Steele Canyon Cougars basketball team scored a good 59-50 triumph over the Monte Vista Monarchs.

The Cougars (16-9) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph Academy (San Marcos, CA). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 8-16 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph Academy was topped by Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA), 59-35, in a league contest.
