The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) and the host Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC), observed Mount Tabor's basketball team overwhelm Reagan by a score of 68-43.
The Spartans (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC). The Phoenix come into the non-league challenge with a 12-8 record. In their last challenge, Winston-Salem Prep was ripped by Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC), 62-47, in a league bout.
With the loss, Reagan falls to 12-10 on the campaign. The Raiders host R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Demons in a 4A Central Piedmont bout on Tuesday, February 11. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 6-16. R.J. Reynolds lost 85-57 in their recent league bout against West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC)
