Illinois High School Basketball - Neuqua Valley knocked off by Waubonsie Valley

February 7, 2025: Aurora, IL 60504

In Friday's league test, the Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), by a score of 53-37.

Next, the Warriors encounter the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) in a DuPage Valley test, on Wednesday, February 12. Waubonsie Valley will attempt to improve on its 25-1 season record. The Barbs come into the test with a 20-6 record after their 60-39 non-league win over Lyons (LaGrange, IL).

The Wildcats (16-11) will now prepare for their test against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen come into the non-league test with a 2-22 record. In their last test, Joliet Central went down by Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL), 55-42, in a league test.
